Types of accommodation

■ SHARING ROOM from 70 to 90 sterlings per week
■ SINGLE ROOM from 105 to 130 sterlings per week
■ STUDIO according to availability – from 230 sterlings per week

Tourism option: week end or short let (1-7 nights)
- Sharing Room: 28 sterlings x night and x person
- Double Room (couples): 35 sterlings x night and x person

ASSISTANCE SERVICE
■ The rates include the Assistance Service and well located furnished accommodation with sheets, blankets and kitchen utensils in the heart of London. Communal kitchen and bathroom. This can be rented for days, a few weeks or over long periods.
■ From the moment you arrive you have the possibility to change the type of your accommodation. Many other accommodation offers are available and you can choose among them according to your needs and financial means (for example sharing the rent with other young people you meet there, a room with a private bathroom, the part of town you prefer etc) The changing service is free
■ If you book a place in a room which is not single you will always find people of your own gender to share with when you arrive so you can save money.
■ Free change of accommodation if, for any reason, you do not get along with your room-mate if it is further from your workplace, language school etc.
■ If you leave your accommodation, you will not lose your right to the job offers as this is a service provided by the Job Centre.
■ Reservation within 24 hours
■ Freedom in lodgings. Everyone has their own keys, there are no time restrictions on coming in and there are no contractual and bureaucratic obligations (you only have to let it be known if you are staying on and confirm this every week).
■ You do not have to stay over particular dates. Those concerned can come and go as and when they please.
■ Free assistance for any problem in the lodgings (plumbing, electricity etc.)
■ Rent is payable weekly until you decide to leave.
■ Studio-flats: To share among tenants . Studios can be rented out o 2 or 3 persons only if they arrive together
■ Accommodation can be booked for a few days before work service begins if you wish to find your feet and get into the swing of London in a more relaxed manner, or, if you prefer, you can begin work service on the same date as you have reserved the accommodation for.
■ If you feel you need to change the date of your arrival (for whatever reason), you will not be penalised in any way and a place will be kept open for you on the new date you tell us.
■ If you arrive alone, we will help you to find a room – mate so that you can share the rent fee with them. In case you should sleep alone for few nights in a sharing room you will just pay the part of your rent
■ Maintenance and security assistance
■ You can change your accommodation at every moment, according to availability, without paying any additional charge
■ The rooms are located in the centre of London inside student accommodations
